i am a young man driven by curiosity and animated by a deep fascination for life and its beauty and mysteries.  My personal realizations and health journey started around when I was 18. Before then the relationship between my mind, body and spirit was evolving and somewhat fragmented. I experienced several turning points including some NDEs that i fortunately did not succumb to. From there on it was clear to me that things needed to change. It wasn’t possible to continue living the way I was, for my own safety as well as my sake and that of my family’s.

I focused on nutrition more, what I ate. I stopped smoking, drinking and quit all other recreational drugs. I started researching about different health related topics. I used to banter on the internet thinking institutional and mainstream stories was all there was. I quickly got humbled and was shown that actually these stories aren’t what they seem to be. From politics to world economics and especially “healthcare”, what we are shown and taught are far from the truth. I was left questioning life and everything i had been told. it was hard distinguishing between what i though was my own misconceptions and what people around me believed or were saying. i felt very lost for a while in what seemed to be a diluted version of reality, far from the truth. The journey went on..

For years my life was like a living hell, but I never knew better. I moved from fighting depression and my addictions - fear, procrastination, porn, alcohol, cannabis, other drugs - to who I am and becoming today. Paradoxically though you never know how bad, but also how good you have it until you gather the strength to move living life force energy through stagnant and calcified parts of your being again. And let me tell you, that process is going on to this day. Although the process of connecting with life again is painful, pain isn’t necessarily something to be afraid of, it is an indicator that must be used accordingly.

As I gathered more information and questions on specific subjects, I was often met with fierce resistance and comments such as “being full of nonsense, a conspiracy theorist, brainwashed, mentally ill”. Luckily my guardians weren’t going to let me settle on those things I delved into. I had to retract from polarized environments though and gather my strength again. The journey went on. On this note my parents supported  me through naturopathic school since health was something I seemed passionate about, following my junior sports career, hard times and my “conspiracist” drive to find out the truth of things.

Having now finished my studies i am still integrating and synthesizing my years of personal experience, research and development. One never stops learning and there much more for me to learn, no doubt about that. I am still studying and following private continuing education courses on health and life related topics with the most knowledgeable experts in their fields.

I now accompany and guide people evolving within their own journey, addressing health and helping avoid personal development pitfalls, emotional, relational and/or existential issues some may be facing.

I am also an ex-athlete in several sports. I used to compete in gymnastics, played soccer and was into freeride skiing where I was crowned world junior champion in 2018. I am dedicated to my craft more than ever: becoming a healthy, kind and complete human being while striving to create a life that reflects god’s bliss and greatness. I am particularly passionate about exiting systemic parasitic patterns of manipulation by vertically integrating my intuition and nature’s primal divine life force energy. Hopefully i can inspire others do the same on the way. My approach is multilayered, multifaceted: merging medical/naturopathic health systems, ancient philosophies, financial principles relating to and inspired by Law, with obviously a whole lot of wisdom from my personal experiences.
